Donnette Thomsen:

Chief Executive Officer / Owner

Ms. Thomsen started this company with a vision of keeping the earth a greener place to live for generations to come. With a degree in business management and administration she knew that with her skill sets in marketing and strategic planning that this vision would become a reality with key people in place. The latest improvements in technology and manufacturing have allowed Ms. Thomsen the ability to provide quality energy efficient and “green” products and services at competitive rates. This idea will carry Monarch 360 into a future where any person will be able to obtain renewable energy efficient products at affordable prices.

James Thomsen:

Chief Operations Officer

As a US Navy Veteran, where he studied electrical engineering, Mr. Thomsen was the Operations Manager for a multi-million dollar company in the electronic / electrical field before venturing into the field of renewable energies. He was then employed by a solar company as an operations / project manager where he supervised and installed over 150 solar PV installations. He assisted in bidding, engineering, procurement, and manpower analytics for projects ranging from small off-grid systems to large scale commercial systems. He brings to the table the experience necessary to get company goals and objectives carried out in a timely fashion without fail. Mr. Thomsen is a valuable asset in the whole process from start to finish.

Justin Weis:

Chief Innovation Officer

As a US Army Veteran and an honor graduate of Colorado State University, where he majored in marketing, Mr. Weis too had a vision. Upon a research thesis in college Mr. Weis saw the power of renewable energies and how it will come to shape the world we live in. He obtained certifications and qualifications from Solar Energy International to hone his skills in the field of solar and wind energy. Mr. Weis started a company and grew it into a multi-million dollar workhorse installing 300 systems over the 5 year Colorado renewable energy boom. He is skilled in all facets of the business from marketing to installation. With the utility companies reaching their government mandated quotas Mr. Weis sought to expand into other field related energy efficient projects. He brings an eye for new technologies and products that will direct the vision that Monarch 360 has set out upon.
